Our bat speed program increases the speed of the hands through the zone as well as the strength of the hitter.
Our eight-week bat speed program is designed to increase power, speed, and overall conditioning for each of its participants.
Our Hitting Director, Pedro Santana, will individually work with each athlete through cage work and drills. For overall strength, we will work with heavy balls and bats. For increased speed, we will work with light bats and balls. The results are faster hands and increased power through the hitting zone.
The program meets two times a week for an hour and 15 minutes.
This program has a minimal cost of $850.
